What is endurance?
The ability to sustain intense physical exercise for long time is known as endurance/stamina. The two ways to determine your endurance or stamina is to do moderate intensity workout or intense workout. Measure for how many minutes you can sustain that workout without sacrificing quality.
Endurance is another term for stamina , especially athletes use this term endurance and physically active human beings use the term stamina more often. Why they do that? I don’t know exactly but I think athletes want to differentiate themselves from moderate exercisers.
