Endurance is the most common skill and ability that every sports need.
Most of the athletes and physically active person complain about not having endurance to carry out the important activities they want.

What is endurance?

The ability to sustain intense physical exercise for long time is known as endurance/stamina. The two ways to determine your endurance or stamina is to do moderate intensity workout or intense workout. Measure for how many minutes you can sustain that workout without sacrificing quality.

Start with cardiovascular

workouts to your training regime  Add a bit of aerobic workout that require to be contentiously moving. Ex. Running(moderate speed) , Cycling(moderate speed)   or you can add skipping(without any intervals). These cardiovascular workouts should be done at slow and steady pace.

 
-Try to add Interval training
Interval training is one of the fastest way to build endurance for high intensity sports.  Interval training consist of High intensity activity for certain time and then very low intensity activity or rest for certain time. Ex. Running at max speed for 5 minutes and then running at low speed for 5 minutes.It sounds easy but its really hard. Interval training is very intense and breathtaking so the quantity and intensity should be important for exercisers. Interval training can be performed on cycle as well.
 
    
-Strength training
Strength training can effect your endurance ridiculously. There is no reason for not doing strength training as it builds your muscle and builds your stamina. Just reduce number. of pounds or kg you usually lifts after reducing weight you should focus on repetition of a exercise like bench press. Do 20-50 reps based on your standards and do reps fast. 
 
-Do intense  workouts
Intensity is the key for building endurance. The more intense your workout is the faster you build endurance and stamina. Intense workouts make you breathe harder and faster and it force your body to adapt and grow your intake capacity. Perfect example will be sprinting drills (20-30 yards)
