How to become a successful Athlete


There is a reason why Ronaldo, Messi, and Virat Kohli perform at the top level almost every year.  It feels bad to realize that you’re working hard. You are still at playing and performing at an average level.  

There is a reason why they are successful and you and I are but you should believe you will be successful. Let’s figure out why Ronaldo and Virat Kohli are successful athletes.


I have been and still in the same place as you are my friend. Every time I ask this question to my mentors or players like Kamlesh Nagarkoti. Who is playing at the International level?  They always told me to stay patient to be successful. But that lines.


If you want to play at the top level you cannot be patience, you have to be aggressive”


Let’s figure the difference between Virat Kohli
I am noticing to athletes like Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar JR. AB Devilliers, Dale Steyn, and Virat Kohli.

I am noticing them from the past 4 years in and out of the field. 
An athlete’s reason for being successful lies outside of the field.
Let’s see how to become a successful athlete



An average athlete has discipline but they don’t sustain it. They don’t sustain it. Every time they get an excuse they skip their practice session. They wait for somebody to offer them junk food to get an excuse for not eating healthy food.


Elite athletes never skip their practice sessions. They never look for excuses.I mean if you give them a valid excuse they will still find a reason to workout.

That’s the way
they are. Successful athletes like Ronaldo do their workout late at night. He never gives the excuse that he travels so much he fu***** do it. 



Average athletes do work hard but they don’t do it. They practice it. They do what their coaches told them. Never realizing what the skills they are developing.


Have you ever seen Virat Kohli practicing his skill without knowing what skill he is working on? Deliberate practice is what makes a good athlete a legend.

3. Consistency


Consistency is the thing that doesn’t allow average and mediocre not to be successful in any field. I am not talking about athletes, even to be successful you have to be consistent in your work.

Average people don’t do that they work hard for a couple of weeks or months and then they give up.


Elite athletes stay consistent for almost their whole playing carrier. Players like Ronaldo and Messi are towards the end of their carrier. They are still far better than young players and mostly playing at the top level. 



So that’s what I noticed from noticing myself and comparing me with athletes like Ronaldo, Messi and Virat Kohli.

So if you want to be a successful athlete do make sure to be=

1.Be consistent 
2.Do deliberate practice 
3.Know what you are doing.
4.Push yourself
5.Work ethic
